The original list was compiled by the Mass Life Sciences Center and we thank them for their permission to use their content. MassCONNECT

  • MassBio’s MassCONNECT program is an entrepreneur mentorship program that dives deep into the field of Life Sciences.
  • The MassCONNECT process involves a two-month mentorship where industry experts guide entrepreneurs as they seek to develop business plans, launch companies, and raise capital.
  • MassCONNECT mentors evaluate and provide feedback on commercial feasibility; identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; and team up to furnish industry-specific business advice for innovative ideas in therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices and health IT.

Forsyth Entrepreneurial Science Center

  • The mission of The Forsyth Entrepreneurial Science Center (FESC), co-located within the nonprofit research institute, is to foster innovative biomedical research and to accelerate the growth of early-stage companies.
  • The FESC provides lab and office space to entrepreneurs, as well as support for grant pursuit, outside corporate sponsorship and access to Forsyth’s “Entrepreneurs in Residence.”

Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives

  • Located in four facilities in Worcester, Massachusetts
  • Founded in 1985, MBI provides business assistance and access to vivarium facilities and CORE equipment at local institutions.
