Louisville, KY: In January, the McConnell Technology & Training Center (MTTC) announced the roll-out of its new “Business Solutions Group.”
“The mission of the Business Solutions Group is to improve the quality and productivity of businesses through customized training and solutions-based consulting. We want to help businesses succeed at their own missions,” stated Galvin Jones, Director of Business Solutions.
The Business Solutions Group expands MTTC’s quality management systems consulting and training services. Since the MTTC quality division was founded in 1995, MTTC certified quality professionals have assisted more than 100 Kentucky businesses with quality issues, including becoming ISO, QS or TS certified. Due to strong customer demand, MTTC is now offering continuous improvement programs such as Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing as well as training and consulting in the personnel side of the business.
The focus of the Business Solutions Group is to assist businesses:
- Assess opportunities for improvement;
- Develop customized plans for improving business and manufacturing processes;
- Help decrease costs, increase profits, improve customer service and build and retain a productive workforce.
MTTC’s Business Solutions Group also provides a full range of professional service solutions to business problems. The Business Solutions Group focuses on issues such as supervisor training, leadership development, team building, employee retention strategies, project management skills, business reliability and helping businesses to benchmark their operations.
