Innovative Productivity, Inc
(IPI). operates the Manufacturing Technology Transfer Center
(MTTC) for the United States Navy, a MANTECH Center of Excellence. IPI is a
not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation working with military, government and business
organizations to commercialize innovative technologies and promote high-wage,
technology-based employment. IPI has an expansive outreach program via state and community
colleges, small business development centers, regional technical centers, numerous trade
and business associations, and technical professional organizations. Our mission is to
become the premier provider of technology transfer for the United States. The IPI Board of Directors is comprised of leading business, government
