Innovative Productivity, Incorporated (IPI). operates the McConnell Technology & Training Center (MTTC) for the U.S. Navy. IPI is a not-for-profit, IRC 501(c)(3), Kentucky corporation working with military, government, and business organizations to commercialize innovative technologies and promote high-wage, technology-based employment. IPI has an expansive array of outreach programs with state and local community resources, including small business development centers, regional technical training centers, government agencies, universities and technical schools, various trade and professional associations, and government. IPI's goal is to become the premier provider of technology transfer for the United States.
