KAIZEN VISUAL OFFICE
(A ONE-DAY WORKSHOP)
Course Description:
This workshop is designed to help students learn
how to apply techniques for predictable and reliable output of office
tasks for happier customers (internal and external). Students will learn
how to improve throughput, accuracy and work flow through a kaizen
approach to improving office operations.
Students
will apply the learning techniques in an in-class office simulation
exercise. Learn firsthand how to eliminate non-value added activities,
list/prioritize/quantify work tasks for a smoother work flow and how to
measure and maintain the gains.
