 Course Objectives

People skills donít come naturally to everyone, but dealing with customers on a daily basis requires some level of responsiveness and sociability. Participants will learn basic people, phone and e-mail skills that enable them to handle their duties effectively.      

n     Hello, may I help you?

n     How the customer is right, even if they are wrong

n     I heard you; you donít have to yell.

n     What is important vs. what is whining

n     Legal issues

  Who Should Attend

Anyone who deals with the public, but especially those within the Customer Service sector, will benefit from this course.
