| Navy personnel are often required to remove and replace permanent insulation to make routine maintenance inspections. The removal and restoration of the insulation can easily surpass the time required to conduct the inspection.

Solution:
| Speedwrap™ is a commercially available insulation that is held in place by high-temperature Velcro™. MTTC and BBNT, Inc. will conduct shipboard tests to validate the need for and viability of Speedwrap. |
Fleet Impact:
